Check in is from 3.30pm on your check in day.
Prices each way are 1-4 persons 87 Euros, 5-8 persons 97 Euros, 9-12 persons 155 Euros, 13-17 persons 180 Euros. Toll fee included.
We are happy to store your suitcases if required. We only ask that you please label your cases so that they dont get mixed up with the incoming/outgoing guests luggage! Please note; Property Rentals cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to cases bags or personal possessions left at the property at any time. There are no guaranteed secure arrangements available on day of your departure and incoming clients will be checking in from 3.30pm and will need to take the key from that time)
The swimming pool water can be heated to provide a constant temperature of 28 degrees. Particularly advisable if you have young children or elderly relatives. The cost of heating the pool is priced at £200 for each week. Pool heating is only available between the months of March to October.

In order that you may find everything to your satisfaction, we would like to ensure that we understand the requirements for your accommodation. In particular with reference to the bedding and linen required bedding by your group during your stay at 'Casa Maurice'. The bedrooms within the property are located as follows; Please indicate where necessary the exact requirement for your party number and indicate the names of those persons staying within those bedrooms in order that we may comply with local fire regulations, thank you.

This double bedroom features its own en-suite shower room, wash basin and toilet facility. Names of guests occupying this first floor master bedroom:
This double bedroom is located directly opposite a family bathroom with a bath/shower, bidde, toilet and wash basin facility. Names of guests occupying this first floor double bedroom:
Adjacent to the hallway and across the hall from the large lounge is located a double bedroom with adjacent family bathroom, featuring bath/shower, wash basin and toilet facilities. Names of guests occupying this ground floor double bed room:
*Each of these bedrooms has access to the first floor outside balcony, via two sliding glass doors. This twin bedded room is located directly opposite a family bathroom with a bath/shower, bidde, toilet and wash basin facility. Names of guests occupying this first floor twin bedded bedroom:
Twin bedded room with two single beds in position (There is an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin within this room). Names of guests occupying this twin bedded room:
Two single beds are placed within the games room area, c/w wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Names of guests occupying this bedroom:

A high chair if required will be positioned on your arrival within the indoor dining / kitchen area.

Towels

A large bath towel and a medium sized hand towel will be set for each guest within the bedroom allocated for them. There is a washing machine and tumble drier plus hopefully some Algarve sunshine to enable you to utilise the outdoor clothes airer supplied.

Beach Towels

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow the bathroom towels to be taken to the beach as they may become badly soiled. We recommend that you take a beach towel with you in your suitcase, as badly soiled towels will have to be charged to your account at cost of replacement, sorry.

Important notice:

The preparations team are grateful for the time taken in completing this form – they will follow exactly the instructions given. Please be aware that following your instructions and the preparations team having set each room as per your instructions, in the event of a call out being required to recall to the Villa to bring additional bedding or towels to you, or to perhaps change around the bedding on your behalf.The preparations team may unfortunately need to charge you an additional after hour’s fee of 15 to 20 Euro’s, for this requirement. We do hope you understand, thank you for your co-operation.
