'Casa Olivia Rose' at 12 Rua Aristides de Sousa Mendes, Albardeira, Lagos is an ideal family villa rental. It's one of two large five bedroom Villas within our portfolio, providing plenty of self catering accommodation options. The detached villa is modern and spacious with a private pool in secluded gardens and being only a 10-15 minute walk to Meai Praia beach, Marina De Lagos and Lagos town centre, is ideally located in which to provide a 'No Car Holiday' solution.
Sleeping arrangements are comfortable with 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms and overflow accommodation comprising of two single beds in an annex area. There are 4 bathrooms making this excellent property suitable for any holiday requirement from a romantic 'get away from it' all holiday for just two people, to a truly amazing family get together for up to ten/twelve persons. 'Casa Olivia Rose' will provide everything you will need to enjoy a perfect stay in Lagos, one of the Algarve's most attractive towns and areas.
Options abound as this luxury villa is close enough to walk to the Meai Praia beach, Marina de Lagos or, Lagos town centre and if you are staying late in the town centre the taxis are plentiful and do not mind taking you the short distance home. Uber also operate in this area. This beautifully appointed modern villa has direct access to Meia Praia, an unspoilt beach with good restaurant facilities available day and night, and also the fabulous 'Marina de Lagos'. The villa is ideally positioned whilst offering superb accommodation with five large bedrooms, with further accommodation if required, a large modern lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There are private terraces on two levels, with a choice of BBQ and private dining facilities, with large open pool terrace, manicured gardens and family sized swimming pool ( pool heating is available between March and October for an additional fee) . There is a video entry system and secure parking, together with new games room and air conditioning where needed plus central heating for an all-year round rental opportunity. We have installed solar panels to reduce our carbon footprint and make the most of the fabulous Portuguese sunshine!

Bedrooms
Bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, first floor and lower floor area's. The bedrooms on the ground floor, lower ground and first floors consist of three double bedrooms and a two twin bedrooms, each feature a double fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, storage drawers, there is also a dressing chair, free standing mirror and bath towel holders.
The three first floor bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom ensuite, a double family bedroom and a twin bedroom each of these bedrooms is air conditioned and has its own balcony access.
On the lower ground floor the bedroom consists of twin accommodation and also there is an shower room en suite. The Bedroom is adjacent to the popular new games room facility making this bedroom ideal for teenagers of all ages!
Bathrooms
There are four bath or shower rooms available within the Villa. On the First Floor the en-suite Master bedroom has a shower, wash basin vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The family bathroom on the first floor has a bath with shower enclosure, wash basin vanity unit, bidet and toilet. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower enclosure also a wash basin, vanity unit and bidet.
On the lower ground floor is situated another shower room with wash basin, vanity unit and toilet.
Kitchen
This modern and well equipped kitchen has every facility you will ever need with electric hob, and oven with extractor, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, fondue kit, food blender, fruit juice and coffee maker. The BBQ area and breakfast dining area is adjacent to the well equipped kitchen and forms a perfect morning meeting and breakfast area, whilst you enjoy the morning sunshine! There is also a pagoda providing partial shade.
Utility Room
Features a large ironing board and steam iron, drying area and clothes horse.
Living Rooms
The modern and spacious lounge has also a separate indoor dining area, adjacent to the kitchen. The lounge has four different access areas to the outer terracing and the well maintained gardens, terrace and private swimming pool. Offering modern and contemporary style art deco, seating is plentiful and attractive. There is a TV viewing area featuring satellite TV to keep you in touch back at home should you wish, there is also an Ipod docking system.
Games Room
An excellent Games room comprising Snooker, Pool, Table Tennis and Electronic Darts, also, for those who prefer to just watch there are two seating areas.
The games room is centrally heated during winter, for all year round use and there is an adjacent twin bedroom, with en-suite shower room.
Style
Accommodation is air conditioned where needed, centrally heated, spacious and modern.
A superb Villa with excellent facilities for both indoor and outdoor living. There are several areas where you can sit quietly alone, whilst the other members of the party are occupied elsewhere, perhaps on the upstairs terrace or in the shade down the side of the garden, whilst the other members are sitting or lounging in the Algarve sunshine by the pool on the large terracing etc.
