Casa May' is an ideal family villa rental with 4 double bedrooms, large living/dining room and a fully-fitted modern kitchen. The large basement has space for a car and is also used as a games room. Outside is a heated swimming pool with large terraces and landscaping.
Air conditioning in every bedroom and central heating throughout ensuring comfortable all year round living. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a few minutes’ drive to the marina and town centre.
The villa is ideally situated for Lagos town and only 10 minutes from the A22 motorway. There are water sports and boat chartering at the beach and marina and a number of championship golf courses nearby.

The lounge and dining room is open plan with a 3 piece leather suite, coffee table, side board, TV cabinet and dining table with chairs. There is a living flame gas fire and Satellite TV. Patio doors lead out to the pool and terrace.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed.(En-suite) Patio doors lead out on to the pool terrace.Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the 1st floor have twin beds. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to a shared balcony.Bedroom 4 on the 1st floor has a double bed and private balcony.(En-suite)All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors.

The private pool is heated and is 8 x 4m in size. An outside shower is beside the pool. There is a gas barbeque and patio table with chairs. There is an additional table and chairs on the terrace. There are six sun loungers and a sun shade/umbrella. The outside is totally enclosed by a boundary wall adding to the privacy.
Coast/Beach
Maeia Praia beach is 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the villa. The beach is 2km long and has water sports and sunbeds available. There are beach bars and restaurants along most of the strand with easy access in the marina and town centre.
Golf
There are number of championship golf courses within the Lagos area. The nearest is Palmares only 5 minutes drive away which has spectacular views over Meia Praia. There is also Boavista 10 minutes drive away and the Pestana courses near Alvor. The courses are available for bookings and there are always special offers at off-peak times.
Lagos
Lagos is in the Western Algarve, approximately 50 minutes’ drive from Faro airport, on the A22 motorway. Casa May is in the Albardeira Park urbanisation on the western side of Lagos. It is well located for access to the marina, town centre and beach.
