'Casa Sarah' at 12 Albardeira Parque is one of two large five bedroom Villas within our portfolio, providing
plenty of accommodation options. The detached villa is modern and spacious with a private pool in secluded gardens and being
only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, marina and the town, is ideally located.
Sleeping arrangements are comfortable with 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms. There are 4 bathrooms making this
excellent property suitable for any holiday requirement, from a romantic 'get away from it' all holiday for just two people,
to a truly amazing family get together for up to ten persons, 'Casa Sarah' will provide everything you will need to enjoy a
perfect stay in one of the Algarve's most attractive areas.
Options abound as the villa is close enough to walk to the beach, marina or town and if you are staying late in town, the taxis are plentiful and do not mind taking you the short distance home.
This beautifully appointed modern villa has direct access to Meia Praia, an unspoilt beach with good restaurant facilities available day and night, and also the fabulous 'Marina de Lagos'. The villa is ideally positioned whilst offering superb accommodation with five large bedrooms, with further accommodation if required, a large modern lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There are private terraces on two levels, with a choice of BBQ and private dining facilities, with large open pool terrace, manicured gardens and private heated swimming pool. There is a video entry system and secure parking, together with new games room and central heating for an all-year round rental opportunity.

Bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, first floor and lower floor area's. The bedrooms on the ground floor, lower ground and first floors consist of three double bedrooms and a two twin bedrooms, each feature a double fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, storage drawers, there is also a dressing chair, free standing mirror and bath towel holders.
On the lower ground floor the bedroom consists of twin accommodation and also there is an shower room en suite. The Bedroom is adjacent to the popular new games room facility making this bedroom ideal for teenagers of all ages!

There are four bath or shower rooms available within the Villa. On the First Floor the en-suite Master bedroom has a shower, wash basin vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The family bathroom on the first floor has a bath with shower enclosure, wash basin vanity unit, bidet and toilet. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower enclosure also a wash basin, vanity unit and bidet.
On the lower ground floor is situated another shower room with wash basin, vanity unit and toilet.

This modern and well equipped kitchen has every facility you will ever need with electric hob, and oven with extractor, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, fondue kit, fruit juice and coffee maker. The BBQ area and breakfast dining area is adjacent to the well equipped kitchen and forms a perfect morning meeting and breakfast area, whilst you enjoy the morning sunshine!

The modern and spacious lounge has also a separate indoor dining area, adjacent to the kitchen. Style
Accommodation is centrally heated, spacious and modern. A superb Villa with excellent facilities for both indoor and outdoor living. There are several areas where you can sit quietly alone, whilst the other members of the party are occupied elsewhere, perhaps on the upstairs terrace or in the shade down the side of the garden, whilst the other members are sitting or lounging in the Algarve sunshine by the pool on the large terracing etc.

Private Terracing and Garden Areas
The Villa has both a front and side garden, and additional garden areas around the rear of the property adjacent to the swimming pool. There are also flowerbeds positioned around the BBQ area. With elegant palm trees on the side garden and an automatic irrigation system to ensure the flowers and manicured grass are kept in ideal condition all year around. There area separate terraces for enjoying the sunshine with the swimming pool measuring fifteen feet by eight feet providing lots of fun. A pool man arrives twice weekly to ensure the pool is kept clean and is monitored for a correct chemical balance. The separate BBQ area is popular with guests and often used for outdoor breakfast as the kitchen is directly accessible to and from the BBQ. The upstairs terrace is adjacent to the three bedrooms situated along its length, giving guests the opportunity to have breakfast or pre dinner drink upstairs on the balcony which overlooks the pool, rear garden and poolside terrace.
Coast/Beach
Situated just 1km from Meia Praia, one of the Algarves longest beaches and close to the lovely Marina and its Restaurants, in this delightful town of Lagos, this modern villa is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy all of the amenities. Fresh fish restaurants abound on almost every beach front. Only three minutes by car is the beache of 'Praia De Ana' arguably one of the Algarves most famous beaches, 'Praia De Mos, and the villages of 'Luz' and 'Salema' are a few minutes further along the same road, exploring at its best!
Golf
Take advantage of this luxury villa close to all amenities. Beautifully located only 1km to the 'Palmares' golf club, fifteen minutes only to the famous 'Parque de Floresta'. Situated just off the A22 with direct access to 'Vilamoura' and 'Vale de lobo' etc with many courses you can enjoy the best of the Algarve, by being based in Lagos itself you can enjoy the best the Algarve has to offer, whilst being a short distance away from the Algarve's best courses - perfect.
Travel
Nearest Airport Faro only 80kms away direct access is available via the A22 from the Airport gates. The journey takes approx 60minutes by car. Lisbon is the nearest ferry port and is a distance of 360km.
