'Casa Jolie' at 10 Albas Villas, Albardeira Meia Praia is a new luxury villa (built winter 2005) amongst its many splendid features are a kidney shaped heated pool, separate indoor and outdoor dining areas, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen and modern furnishings throughout.
A modern three bedroomed villa situated in a peaceful location Casa Jolie has sleeping facilities for 2/4/6 or 8 persons. The villa has all of the facilities you will need to enjoy a perfect stay in one of Algarve's most attractive towns, with direct access to an unspoilt beach with restaurants available day and night. As with its sister villa Casa Sarah, `Casa Jolie` is also situated a short distance from Meia Praia Beach, in fact approxiamately 800m and only 900m from the lovely 'Marina de Lagos', in this delightful area of Lagos. This modern villa is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy all of the amenities.
This excellent Villa has a very large terrace which runs the whole length of the side and rear of the Villa. From this terrace you can see the sea and the beach of Meia Praia, and to the right the old town of Lagos. Within the terrace is a kidney shaped heated swimming pool and for your relaxation upto eight matching sun loungers of the highest quality, to provide the best sleep! There is also an outside shower for bathers and plenty of space to unwind and relax. There is a separate Barbeque area and private dining area seating eight persons under a large parasol. The furniture is also removable to any area of the terrace, and please remember that this is your villa for the duration of your stay, why not use the space just as you wish? Living is easy in this modern and delightful property, accommodation is spread conveniently over the ground and 1st floors and the large lounge and fully fitted kitchen are adjacent to each other. Designed specifically for the visitor who wants to relax. Accommodation at both this villa 'Casa Jolie' and its sister villa 'Casa Sarah' just 1000m away is of the highest standard, with facility you will require from a spacious rooms, fully fitted modern accommodation comprising of a heated swimming pool in each case and at 'Casa Sarah' a games room, complete with adjacent twin bedroom and en-suite shower room for teenagers of all ages!
Good food and plenty of choice
Fresh fish restaurants, cafes and bars are frequent on both the Meia Praia beach throughout the Marina and this medieval town. Only 3 mins by car are the beaches of 'Praia De Ana' arguably one of the Algarves most famous beaches, 'Praia De Mos, and the villages of 'Praia de Luz' and 'Salema'. The surrounding areas close to Lagos are also home to many very good restaurants, exploring at its best!
Location, location, location
The A22 motorway is just 4km away from this property, out of sight, but close enough to make the journey to and from the airport easy and in one straight line! For golfers this property is ideally situated only 1 min by car or a 10 min walk to the Palmares Golf Club entrance. The Famous 'Boa Vista' and 'Park De Floresta' courses are just a 4 min and a 15 minute drive away respectively.
The Bedrooms
2 bedrooms situated on the ground floor, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with adjacent family bathroom. 1st floor there is a master double bedroom with en-suite. (lounge has a sofa bed and separate en-suite shower room).
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are furnished to a high standard, each with a high quality bathroom furniture. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a jacuuzi bath, built-in shower facility within the enclosure and also has a wash basin with matching illuminated vanity mirror, bidet and toilet.
Kitchen
The beautifully fitted kitchen has every facility you will need during your stay. There is an electric oven and separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and juice maker. Full compliment of utensils, complete crockery and cutlery for 10 persons.
Supermarket
A short distance away is the supermarket of Pingo Doce where you can purchase an excellent selection of local produce, whatever you require is pretty much always available.
Towels and linen
Towels and linen are provided at the start of your accommodation together with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and water. Linen and towels are changed at the halfway stage during a 2 week stay and the heated swimming pool is cleaned twice each week.
Utility space
The utility space provides a steam iron, ironing board and clothes airer. It is conveniently situated on the ground floor next to the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom.
Coast/Beach
Situated just 1km from Meia Praia, one of the Algarves longest beaches and close to the lovely Marina and its restaurants, in this delightful town of Lagos, this modern villa is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy all of the amenities. Fresh fish restaurants abound on almost every beach front. Only three minutes by car are the beaches of 'Praia De Ana' arguably one of the Algarves most famous beaches, 'Praia De Mos, and the villages of 'Luz' and 'Salema' exploring at its best!
Golfing breaks
There are numerous excellent golf courses close to the villa. Palmares Golf Club is adjacent to Meia Praia beach which is a 5 min walk from the property. Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta Golf Clubs are only 3 mins and 15 mins away by car. Villamoura is only a 30 min drive away, therefore the location of Casa Jolie is ideal for serious Golfers who are happily spoilt for choice.
Travel
Nearest Airport Faro only 80kms away direct access is available via the A22 from the Airport gates. The journey takes approx 60minutes by car. Lisbon is the nearest ferry port and is a distance of 360km.
