Modern living at its best, this new executive style apartment has every facility you will need for a relaxing stay in the Algarve. Situated in 'Albasol', a modern 3 floor apartment block, for only 12 residents, with heated pool and private gardens.

From the moment you arrive at the electric gates outside the property the air of opulence is evident, at the press of your remote control button the gates will open to reveal the driveway. A second button press opens the electric garage door to your own indoor parking space (number 5).

Once parked in position in your private parking space, your choice of access is then via lift or stairs to the first floor. On reaching the outer door of the apartment which is located directly opposite the lift door and is the centre apartment on the first floor, you will be able to access your front door key, this will be left for you in the security box which you will access by using your own security number.

On opening the front door, you will be free to explore the delightful open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a walk through kitchen featuring everything from juice maker to dishwasher. The bedrooms and lounge doors have modern electric shutters these lead directly to the large outdoor balcony, here you will find a separate outdoor dining area sunbathing positions a large dining table, 6 dining chairs and of course your sun loungers.

Bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom is a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite complete with shower facility, wash basin, bidde and toilet.

The master bedroom also features a free standing dressing mirror, twin bedside cabinets with reading lamps, plenty of wardrobe space is available within the double fitted wardrobe and also plenty of hangers! And a conditioning fan.

The Twin bedroom has two twin beds, a bedside cabinet and reading lamp, large double fitted wardrobe, dressing chair and a conditioning fan.

If sleeping up to 6 persons is a requirement then a large sofa bed is available with the lounge. Simply slide to one side one of the leather arms on the modern lounge settee to reveal a large double bed, which is extremely comfortable. Reinstating the sofa bed back to a large settee is very simple and easy to use.

Bathrooms:

There is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom complete with bath/shower, bidet , washbasin and vanity, plus heated towel rail and toilet.

The family bathroom adjacent to the twin bedroom and accessible also from the lounge area for those using the sofa bed in the lounge has the facility of shower, washbasin and vanity, plus heated towel rail and toilet.

Kitchen:

A well-equipped modern kitchen with every facility awaits the user everything is supplied including a wall oven, separate electric hob with air extraction, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, juice maker and a washer dryer. All necessary utensils and crockery are plentiful.

Utility Room:

The utility area is within the open plan kitchen, where you will find an ironing area, with steam iron and ironing board. An adjacent sliding door leads to the large balcony where an airer will enable all washing to be dried naturally in the Portuguese sunshine.

Living Rooms:

The beautifully appointed lounge has a separate TV viewing and dining area, within the open plan design. The creme and brown leather furniture has been carefully selected and the lounge windows lead to a large balcony with views of the pool & gardens.

Other:

Easy living in this modern open plan apartment, means that your holiday will be all the more relaxing. With the kitchen, lounge/dining, and the two bedrooms all on the same level, each room has access to the huge balcony with its BBQ and dining for six.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Towels and bedding are provided with maid service immediately prior to your arrival and departure. If you are staying over a ten day period then the linen and bedding will be changed again during your stay.

The apartment management team who live just a short distance away be on hand to supply any extra items and to offer helpful assistance.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment enjoys central heating throughout and is also situated on the first floor, which is helpful to those who wish to sleep with windows open. The security within the apartment is modern and effective, with electric shutters on all windows which enable the guests to sleep with the shutters partially opened if they so wish.

Large balcony dining for six

Relaxing in the gardens and around the poolside
The private gardens and exclusive apartment block are accessible by residents only relaxation is guaranteed in this quiet and exclusive area. The large kidney shaped swimming pool area is approx 16 metres long and enables guests to enjoy a good swim whilst the gardens and quiet eating areas surrounding the poolside ensure you can completely relax. Your own poolside sun loungers are provided and are stored in a storage room adjacent to your parking space.

Dining on the Apartment balcony
The large Apartment balcony, accessible from any of the rooms within the apartment via the modern and individual electric shutter doors, features a circular dining table and 6 comfortable dining chairs with soft cushioning. There is plenty of space for 6 persons to dine, also adjacent to the kitchen there is a built-in BBQ area, this enables food to be more easily prepared. Also on this large balcony there are up to 4 sun lounger`s and occasional tables. The balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy both the view of the sea to the left or the Old town to the right.

Coast/beach
Situated just 1km from Meia Praia, one of the Algarves longest beaches and close to the lovely Marina and its restaurants, in this delightful town of Lagos, this apartment is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy all of the amenities.

Fresh fish restaurants abound on almost every beach front. Only three minutes by car are the beaches of 'Praia De Ana' arguably one of the Algarves most famous beaches, 'Praia De Mos, and the villages of 'Luz' and 'Salema' exploring at its best!

Golf
Take advantage of this luxury new apartment close to all amenities. Beautifully located only 1km to the 'Palmares' golf club, fifteen minutes only to the famous 'Parque de Floresta'.

Situated just off the A22 with direct access to 'Vilamoura' and 'Vale de lobo' etc with there many courses you can enjoy the best of the Algarve, by being based in Lagos itself you can enjoy the best the Algarve has to offer, whilst being a short distance away from the Algarve's best courses - perfect.

Nearest Airport Faro only 80kms away direct access is available via the A22 from the Airport gates. The journey takes approx 60minutes by car.
